plum wine





time to make plum wine. i swirred up some organic plums and apricots that no one was eating and i threw in a plum pit just because i have the blender that can liquify such things, and there is the bowl of goo, covered up and sitting on the counter awaiting fermentation. i do not cook the mixture, therefore i do not need to add supplemental yeast. as long as no vinegar flies get in it should start to throw up the sludge and bubble. oh, and i added sugar - no specific amount - just what was left in the bin.
